First login and profile setup
What a new employee does on day one: signing in, profile and avatar, presence status, breaks and the usual login problems.
The shortest page in the documentation: to start working in X10 CRM you only need a browser and the credentials your administrator gives you. There is nothing to install — not even for calls.
#Signing in
- 01
Open your CRM address
Your administrator provides it. It is an ordinary website — it works from any computer, at home or in the office.
- 02
Enter your login and password
Credentials are created by the administrator. There is no self-registration: this is a closed corporate platform.
- 03
Land on your start page
Operators and managers go straight to the dashboard with leads. Webmaster partners land in their own cabinet with statistics for their leads.
#Your profile
Fill in your first and last name and upload an avatar. This is not cosmetic: your name is shown to colleagues in the chat, in the change history of leads and in the statistics, and the avatar helps a large team recognise each other quickly.
#Online status and breaks
While the CRM tab is open, the system sees the operator as online. A manager sees in real time who is at their desk, who is on a break and who is on a call.
- A break is started by the operator — with a button in the interface. For lunch, a rest or a meeting.
- The break limit is set by the administrator: how many times and for how long one may step away during a shift.
- A technical break does not count towards the limit — it covers cases that are not the operator’s fault: connection failures, equipment problems.
- A manager can put an operator on a break, or take them off it, by force.
#If you cannot sign in
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Invalid login or password” | The details are wrong. Check the keyboard layout and Caps Lock. Passwords are reset by the administrator — there is no self-service recovery by email |
| “Your account is blocked” | The administrator has revoked access. Your data is kept; talk to your manager |
| The page does not open at all | A network or address problem. Check the address and try another internet connection |
| You are in, but see fewer sections than a colleague | That is how roles work: you only see what your role allows. It is not an error |
